I am a Consulting Partner for New Age Technologies and have been focused on delivery of virtualization solutions and training for as long as VMWare has had a certification program. I was one of the first 4 public students to get the VMWare Certified Professional designation delivered via a hand-written exam. They graded 3 classes of the hand written exams, so my official VCP number is 12. Since then, I’ve performed countless virtualization delivery engagements for Fortune 100 companies and have many technical certifications.

None of the certifications mean much without practical field experience which is why I focus on project delivery primarily.
New Age Technologies was an early solutions partner with XenSource and I became the first certified trainer for North America on XenServer version 3.2 and XenEnterprise 4.0. I enjoy teaching these classes and watching the XenEnterprise server grow in it’s capabilities.
The goal for starting this site is pretty simple. I wanted a place for those interested in virtualization to visit and learn something and to share their ideas.
I’ve been fortunate enough to be featured in interviews, videos and contributed original content to publications and web sites such as Christian Science Monitor, BusinessWeek, Computerworld, TechTarget and many of the TechTarget Search sites as well as serving as a member of the Server Virtualization Advisory Board.
John Davis
John is a VCP and a VMware Certified Instructor, who splits his time between teaching and consulting in the the U. S. and abroad. He performs VMware Jumpstart engagements and leads long-term virtual infrastructure projects, focusing on VI 3.5.
John’s career at New Age Technologies involves network engineering, software development, and teaching., but recently his workload is 100% VMware related. New Age Technologies, is a VAC and VATC and was one of the very first VMware partners in the USA
Eric Henderson
Eric Henderson is Director of Technical Services for New Age Technologies, an IT Consulting firm headquartered in Louisville, KY. He is responsible for Solution Architecture and Technical Delivery for the Professional Consulting Services arm of the organization that focuses on Virtualization technologies. Along with management duties, Eric serves as lead presenter for virtualization at tradeshows and conferences. He has over 13 years experience in the IT industry, with the last five
years focused on helping IT bring value to the business through the use of virtualization. Eric holds certifications in Microsoft, VMware and the Project Management Institute.
